Subsequently, our fitness trainers will lead a session on functional movement exercises. This section will teach fundamental movements that align with your exercise goals and improve overall health. It's worth noting that this class is not about weight lifting or complex exercises, but rather practical movements that can be performed in the radio room or anywhere else.
