We’ll examine the physical and mental health impacts of shift work to better understand employee well-being and how it affects performance and retention. By the end of the course, you'll learn how to design effective, 24-hour coverage schedules that balance operational needs with employee wellness.

This is a highly interactive course that emphasizes hands-on learning. Participants will engage in group discussions, present collaborative ideas, and practice creating real-world schedules during class.
