This 3-day course is designed to develop CTOs, FTOs, and Instructors into highly effective and confident trainers, instructors, and mentors. Topics covered will range from building a course, engaging students, classroom teach-back, skill teach-back, PowerPoint, and other instructor-specific topics. Instructor classroom instruction and student teach-back will be nearly 50/50; classroom time will be 60:40 for assignment work: lecture. This course will require physical participation, require students to complete assignments, and give several presentations in front of the class. This course will prepare students to more effectively and with increased confidence, teach others in a classroom setting.
