Purpose Unleashed: Crafting Your Vision, Mission, and Core Values
During this interactive course, participants will delve into the heart of the work they do, the vision they want to accomplish, and the impact they want to have. We will define purpose, identify personal core values, and examine questions such as “Why did you choose service?” and “Why did you choose this specific field of service?” Understanding yourself will help you align and find fulfillment within your organization.
The group will then work on designing or updating the vision and mission of their organization, identifying organizational core values, and aligning behind a common purpose. Through activities and thoughtful questioning, participants will develop these guiding statements providing transparency and expectations for the public and cohesion within the organization.
