Strategic Plan Workshop- Align Purpose with Practice
Leverage the power of planning to drive the agency’s future. Join Katie for a process designed to produce a roadmap aligned with the agency’s vision, mission, and core values. A strategic plan provides employees with a clear direction and defined goals that focus on work, energy, and resources. In this workshop, executive leadership will evaluate the current state of the organization, determine where they want the organization to go, and design a plan for how to get there.
Participants will:
-Review mandates, organization structure, systems, communication methods, programs, services, and resources.
-Complete a SWOT analysis.
-Review and update the organization’s vision, mission, and core values.
-Identify goals.
-Develop objectives, strategies, metrics, and timelines to accomplish each goal.
Workshop length will depend on organization size.
